Refund policy
All returns that are not due to product defects or The Fishing Warehouse order error will be charged a $9.95 or 10% restocking fee, whatever is greater. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping & fees. If the return is due to an item being delivered defective or Fishing Warehouse order error, Fishing Warehouse will cover all shipping costs and there will not be a restocking fee.
- Writing, marks or damage in any form to the product itself may void your refund.
- Used items will not be accepted. This include items you have opened but the decide you didn't "like" it.
- Clothing that has been washed or worn will not be accepted
- Treestands cannot be returned for safety reasons and all defect issues on those items must be dealt with the manufacturer.
- Any/all product defects must be addressed directly with the manufacturer
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@thefishingwarehouse.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send a RMA number as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged. If you receive an item which is broken or defective you may return the item for a full refund with 30 days of original purchase date. In order to receive a full refund, we require that the merchandise to be returned complete, unused, unopened and in the original condition and packaging. Writing, marks or damage in any form to the product or product packaging can / may void your refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customer arrows. Because of insurance reasons, we cannot accept returns for treestands. All treestands are covered under manufacturer warranties and customers should contact the manufacturer with repairs or warranty questions. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on underclothes, worn or washed clothing, black powder rifle, treestands, safety harnesses, opened bows or crossbows, firearms, ammo, fletched arrows that have been shot, discontinued items and various other items (list subject to change).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
